MARIONETTE LINES
What is it?
Marionette lines are long vertical lines that laterally circumscribe the chin. They appear with advancing age as the ligaments around the mouth and chin relax and begin to loosen due to fat and bone structure changes that are part of the natural ageing process.
How do you treat them?
Marionette lines can be minimized with injectable hyaluronic acid filler.
They can be treated in two ways: either directly, by injecting a small amount of dermal filler in the fold itself, or indirectly by using a larger amount of dermal filler to lift the mid-face and lower face back to its youthful positioning (non-surgical face lift).
when do I see the results?
Immediately after the treatment.
Aftercare
Keep the treated area clean and make up free for the first 12 hours.
